Information collected
Forms may collect your name, business email, website, market, advertising platform, spend range, offer, current challenge, decision timeline, source page, and submission time. The audit also receives the public URL you ask it to review and its domain. Technical hosting logs may include an IP address, browser or device information, request time, and security events. Please do not submit passwords, private account data, confidential information, or authenticated URLs.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to deliver a requested audit, assess service fit, respond to an inquiry, arrange a call, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, keep appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on where you are located, the applicable legal basis may be taking steps at your request, performing a contract, legitimate business interests, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required. Submitted inquiry details are not used for unrelated third-party advertising.
Landing-page audit
The audit fetches the publicly accessible page you request and extracts limited HTML, visible text, and technical signals such as forms, buttons, viewport metadata, tracking tags, and optional PageSpeed data. Relevant page data is sent to OpenAI to generate the report. The OpenAI request is configured with storage disabled. The audit service may keep a short in-memory cache for up to five minutes, and your browser may keep a session copy of the report.
Providers and international processing
Netlify provides hosting, serverless functions, and form handling. OpenAI provides report generation. The audit may use Cloudflare DNS to check whether a business-email domain has MX records and Google PageSpeed Insights when configured. Google supplies the website fonts. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own contractual and legal safeguards. External destinations such as TidyCal, Fiverr, WhatsApp, and social networks apply their own privacy policies once you visit them.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not currently load advertising pixels or non-essential analytics cookies. It may store a theme preference on your device when you choose light or dark mode and may use temporary session storage to keep an audit report available during your visit. You can remove these preferences through your browser settings.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute handling, and legal or accounting requirements. Inquiry records are reviewed periodically and should ordinarily be deleted or anonymised after 24 months without an active business relationship. Client, invoice, and transaction records may be kept longer where tax, accounting, contract, or legal rules require it. Provider security logs may follow the provider's own retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about your personal data. Where applicable, you may also object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent for future processing, request portability, or complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
